Recruiting for Results

If you are a California licensed dentist, dental hygienist, dental assistant or front office professional, MDP can refer you to dental offices looking to staff temporary positions or direct hires.

Most direct hire offers come from a temping assignment arranged by MDP. If you are actively looking for the right fit, we highly recommend temping in different offices until your skills, work ethics and personality match up with the dental office. MDP prides itself in creating a win-win for dental office and referred dental personnel. That’s MDP’s business motto!

To Register

1) Download, complete and send the following in a confidential email to MDPstaffing@iCloud.com. We review and verify the information before we meet with you, so there is no delay in moving forward to find your new position.

2) Email copies of all of the below that apply:

  • License

  • Professional certifications

  • CPR certification

  • Hepatitis vaccination records

  • Covid-19 record of vaccinations

  • Proof of U.S citizenship or permit to work in the United States

  • Letters of recommendation

  • Current resume

  • Liability Insurance (for dental hygienists and dentists)

3) Once you have sent all documents, call to schedule an interview appointment.
